Origin: Lois combined several favorite recipes to create
this marinade. A lot of rave reviews and encouragement from
friends and family members prompted Lois and Diane to venture
into the culinary field. The marinade was originally intended
for beef, but soon its versatility was discovered. It works
great on beef, pork, chicken, and wild game, but yet it tastes
very different on every type of meat. With a slight alteration
from the original recipe of Chef's Request Marinade, Buckhead
Wildlife Marinade was born.
Our dry seasoning is a blend of 11 spices. One ounce of our
dry seasoning is in every bottle of marinade. Once we have finished
marinating, we like to sprinkle extra dry seasoning, sparingly
before cooking. The dry seasoning makes a great all around seasoning
even without the marinade.
Sales:
Chef's Request and Buckhead Wildlife Marinade are mostly sold
at various shows in the Midwest area. Local retailers are
now stocking their shelves with our seasoning and marinades.
However, our clientele is spreading across the nation. Our
customers are sending it to their friends and families. Our
marinade is often referred to one of those
"Best Kept Secrets." For those of you living outside
